Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Automatic renewal is stopped immediately.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your currently paid period.
- You may continue to use any valid wash entitlements during that period.
- No further payments will be taken.
Removing an additional vehicle
When you remove an additional vehicle, that vehicle stays active until the end of the current paid period. From your next bill, £17.99 is removed from your recurring total.
Booking cancellations
You can cancel or request to reschedule a booking from your dashboard. If a booking that used an included wash is cancelled in time, its entitlement returns to available.
Refunds
Because the subscription remains active until the end of your paid period, we do not issue refunds for the current period on cancellation.
