1. About WASHMORA
WASHMORA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK mobile car wash subscription service. By creating a WASHMORA account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription and pricing
WASHMORA offers five fixed monthly subscription plans covering 1 to 5 vehicles, starting at £24.99 per month for a single vehicle. Every actively subscribed vehicle receives one included wash per billing period. New customers can use code FIRSTWASH at checkout to receive £4.99 off their first month's subscription; all subsequent monthly payments are charged at the standard plan price.
3. Adding vehicles mid-cycle
When adding a vehicle during an active billing period you may choose to start immediately (£17.99 today, one wash for that vehicle in the current period) or start from the next billing period (£0 today, added to your next bill).
4. Unused washes
Unused included washes do not roll over. New wash entitlements are generated when your next subscription payment succeeds.
5. £15 additional wash
The £15 additional wash is a one-off purchase separate from your subscription. It does not alter your subscription price, renewal date, or included wash entitlements.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
