1. About WASHMORA
WASHMORA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK mobile car wash service. By placing a booking with WASHMORA you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made through our website. When you book you choose an available date and time slot for a wash at your address. Bookings are confirmed when you receive a booking reference.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the wash and is made directly to the washer by cash or card. Pricing is provided based on your vehicle's size and condition before your booking is confirmed. We do not take online payments; every wash is booked and paid for individually.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an upcoming booking by contacting us. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
